Anne Roberts
Chief Executive Officer
Anne is an experienced med-tech professional with a track record of managing successful customer focused innovation. Throughout her career she has worked with several international teams, using her specialist knowledge in the application of new technologies for a range of pre-hospital care settings. She has international academic publications in emergency response and voluntary first aid.
Dr Alasdair Mort
Chief Operations Officer
An inventor and human physiologist, Alasdair has a medical device PhD and a long-term interest in exploring technologies for monitoring casualty health. He has extensive industry experience evaluating life-support technologies for air, land and sea. Alasdair worked in aircrew protection for QinetiQ (Farnborough), previously the UK MOD's Defence Evaluation Research Agency.
Jonathan Edwards
Chief Commercial Officer
Jonathan is a very experienced Senior Sales Manager from the Aerospace and Transport industry, with previous roles at Panasonic Avionics Corporation and Mitsubishi Corporation. He also has a senior technical background in Mechanical and Production design. Jonathan is playing a key role, driving the growth of Aiber through new commercial developments and helping the company penetrate new international aviation markets.
Jill McGregor
Chief Financial Officer
Jill joined Aiber as a Non Executive Director in 2021 and was appointed CFO in 2023. She is a Chartered Accountant who has spent the last 15 years in med tech companies. Jill was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of AIM listed LiDCO Group plc, a manufacturer of hemodynamic monitoring equipment, prior to that she spent 6 years as CFO of Touch Bionics, the prosthetic hand manufacturer until its acquisition by Össur and 7 years at Optos plc, manufacturer of Ophthalmic imaging devices.
Tony Davis
Chairman
Tony brings a wealth of aviation knowledge and expertise to the Aiber board. His career in aviation began with British Airways and his role changed over the years from co-ordinating BA’s investment in USAir in New York to negotiating codeshare agreements and alliances at Gulf Air and becoming CEO and President of Tiger Airways in Singapore. His extended professional background includes also roles such as Director of Corporate Affairs at British Midland, founder of bmibaby carrier, COO and Partner at Irelandia Aviation, Non-Executive roles with a number of airlines, and is also chairman of aviation onboard retail and catering company, Versilia Solutions.
Paul Lynch
Non-Executive Director
Paul is a Non-Executive Director and currently he is Vice President of business development for an organisation that develops software solutions for global enterprises. He brings extensive experience of aviation IT and a broad perspective to the team, having held senior global roles in Fujitsu, SITA and IBS. Paul also represents the company's investment syndicate.
Ian Stevens
Non-Executive Director
A former Royal Air Force officer and chartered accountant. Ian has an exceptional career with a wealth of experience in medical device companies. Ian is currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of BSolve Dental. His previous roles have included CFO for medical technology company Optos plc, Chief Executive Officer of Mpathy Medical, a surgical medical device and CEO of prosthetic hand manufacturer, Touch Bionics.
